- All custom orders (gift baskets, apparel, treats) are made to order based on the details you provide.
- Please review your order details carefully before submitting, as customized items cannot be modified once production has begun.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or unavailability of materials.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
- A deposit may be required to confirm custom orders or cleaning bookings, as communicated at the time of order.
- Full payment is due before delivery & upon completion of service.
4. Cleaning Services
- Cleaning appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
- Please ensure the property is accessible at the scheduled time. Repeated access issues may result in rescheduling fees.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
5. Product Accuracy
- We make every effort to display product colors, designs, and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or the handmade nature of our products.
6. Intellectual Property
- All designs, logos, images, and content on this website are the property of Tachi’s Creations & Tachi’s Touch-Up Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Cleaning services are performed with care; however, we recommend removing or securing valuable/fragile items prior to service.
